  1. Cancellation Policy

* Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

* Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have been processed, packed, or dispatched.
Amruta Food Products reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to unavailability of stock, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

  1. Return Policy
    * Due to the perishable nature of our food products (bakery items), we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. This is to ensure food safety and quality standards.
    * Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  2. Refund Policy
    Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
    Expired Product: If you have received a product that is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
    Quality/Manufacturing Issues: If the product has significant quality or manufacturing defects (e.g., mold, foreign objects, incorrect product delivered).
    Damaged Product: If the product packaging is significantly damaged upon delivery, compromising the product’s integrity (photographic evidence required).
    Non-Delivery: If your order was not delivered to you.

* Note that: some items are very soft and can damage marginally with minimum movements in transportation as well. In such cases Amruta food products will decide whether the refund will be allowed or not.

**Process for Requesting a Refund:**

  2. Please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or expiry date.

  4. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or an alternative method if agreed upon. Please allow ** 7-10 business days** for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

**Exclusions:**

*   Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from improper storage or handling of the product by the customer after delivery.

*   Taste preference is subjective and generally not a ground for refund unless there is a clear quality defect.

*   Minor variations in appearance or texture that do not affect the edibility or safety of the product.
